Mom Tattoo Embroidered Card

Back in January, I blogged about a crafternoon in Asheville with my friend Stephanie of Darned Ideas. Darned Ideas is now a monthly Meet Make Take craft night (yay!), and one of my favorite projects to come out of craft nights is this mom tattoo card embroidered by my very own Alex.


Like I said before, Alex is a real sport when it comes to the Darned Ideas events. He's cool with mingling with all the crafty ladies and stitching right alongside them. But this time he put his own spin on the craft night project, bringing in a mom tattoo template for his embroidered card.

Alex has a lot of tattoos, and his mom is always jokingly asking him to get a mom tattoo. So he thought he'd stitch one onto a card instead, which I think she'll like just as much as the real thing.
