Herb Garden

Last year I bought some of those flowers in a can that Fred Flare sells. Died.

Bought a few easy-to-care-for green plants and put them in the window. Died.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I successfully grew some herbs that my friend Judith gave me.


Now comes the problem. How do I maintain them? How often can I cut them? The chives in particular are looking a little crazy.

Enlighten me, dear herb garden experts, with your advice!

    hhahaha sorry i don't mean to laugh at the crazy looking herbs but i just started growing stuff too and i'm equally clueless AND helpless! At least you know they're growing!

    That makes me feel so much better! You should see it now. There is probably a small colony of people moving in as I type this.

    Thanks for the link! I'll update you with my progress. Step two is figuring out what dishes to put the herbs in!
